Hoyoverse just wrapped up the Genshin Impact version 7.0 preview livestream, and as usual the broadcast handed out a batch of redemption codes for anyone quick enough to act. Version 7.0 marks the long-awaited journey to Snezhnaya, where the Traveler finally meets the Tsaritsa who has spent years pulling strings and collecting gnoses. It also drops the pseudo-Luna patch naming and returns to plain numbered updates.
The stream aired on July 31, 2026 across Genshin Impact’s official Twitch and YouTube channels. Two new characters headline the patch: Odette, a five-star Cryo user, and Alyosha, a four-star Electro user. The Traveler also picks up a more weather-appropriate, bundled-up snow outfit to match the frostier setting.
But the reason you’re here is free stuff. The three livestream codes are:

Between them, the codes award 300 Primogems, 10 Mystic Enhancement Ore, 5 Hero’s Wit, and 50,000 Mora — a tidy little bundle of pull currency plus the materials to level up whichever characters you’re planning to build.
Move fast, though. These codes expire on August 2, 2026, at 12:00 AM UTC-4, and once that window closes they’re gone for good.
How to redeem the codes
The simplest route is the official code redemption website: log in with your account, paste each code into the field, and confirm. If you’re already signed in on the device you’re reading this on, the code links do the same job in one click. You can also enter codes manually in-game through the settings menu, but copying and pasting in a browser is far less fiddly than tapping them out on a controller or touchscreen.
Once redeemed, the rewards land in your in-game mail shortly afterward — just claim them and you’re set. It’s a low-effort way to pad out your Primogem stash before the version 7.0 banners tempt you into spending it all on Odette.
