Cast iron and starships are not an obvious pairing, but Le Creuset has committed to the bit completely. The French cookware maker launched a limited-edition Le Creuset x Star Trek collection on September 8, 2026, a 12-piece lineup built to mark 60 years of the franchise. Prices start at $35 and top out at $500.
The flagship is the Enterprise Round Dutch Oven with Starfleet Delta Knob, a 5.5-quart pot in Le Creuset’s French Grey enamel, at $500. Next to it sits the Klingon Signature Braiser with Klingon Trefoil Knob, 3.5 quarts of shallow cast iron in the near-black Nuit shade, at $450. Both knobs are also sold separately for $50 each, which is the cheap way to put a Starfleet delta on a pot you already own.
The rest of the collection moves to stoneware, where the sculpting gets far more literal. Three Mini Cocottes take their designs from alien species the original series made famous, each holding 10 oz and costing $60: the Talosian in Pearlized Mauve Pink, the Balok in Pearlized Bleu Riviera and the Gorn in Pearlized Bamboo Green. The Galileo Shuttlecraft Rectangular Casserole in Brioche, named for the Enterprise’s shuttle, is $150.

- Communi-Grater, a box grater styled after a Starfleet communicator — $68
- Live Long & Prosper Spoon Rest in Bleu Riviera — $55

- Starfleet Delta Knob and Klingon Trefoil Knob — $50 each
What keeps this from reading as ordinary licensed merchandise is that the hardware underneath is the real thing. The Dutch oven and the braiser are Le Creuset enamelled cast iron in shades from the company’s own palette, French Grey and Nuit, rather than one-off novelty finishes. The Star Trek content lives in the knobs, the silhouettes and the colour choices, which leaves the $500 Enterprise pot behaving like a $500 Le Creuset pot once a braise goes into it.
Christopher Scinto, Chief Marketing Officer at Le Creuset, framed the project in exactly those terms, saying the company set out “to commemorate some of the franchise’s most beloved symbols with our signature craftsmanship and iconic colors and designs.”
The collection is available for a limited time only, sold through Le Creuset stores, LeCreuset.com, and Williams Sonoma stores and Williams-Sonoma.com. Le Creuset has not published an end date for the run, and pieces sitting at the intersection of two collector audiences rarely linger.
