OnePlus is expanding its freshly minted N Series, and the second act now has a date. The OnePlus N6x will launch on July 31, following the N6 that kicked off the lineup last month. The company has also handed out the clearest look at the phone so far, confirming a flat-backed design in two finishes: Burgundy Red and Ice Blue.
If you were hoping this would be a stripped-down afterthought, the spec sheet suggests otherwise. The headline number is the battery — a hefty 7500 mAh cell paired with 45W fast charging. That’s an unusually large capacity for this class, and it hints at multi-day endurance rather than the usual nightly top-up anxiety.
Around the front sits a 6.67-inch LCD with a 120 Hz refresh rate, so scrolling and everyday animations should feel fluid despite the phone’s budget positioning. Under the hood you get 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, with the welcome addition of expandable storage for anyone who fills that up quickly.
On the imaging side, the N6x carries a 50 MP dual rear camera and an 8 MP front camera — a sensible arrangement for social snaps and video calls rather than pro-grade photography.
